Grand dame

A grand old Dame with lots of marble and art works. Great location. Spacious room with first class linen and beds. Again dated now but you have everything you need. Breakfast at executive lounge superb mainly down to the waiter who runs the show. He can't do enough for you. In the evening another story. Staff is lackluster, the food is a embarrassment for a 5 star hotel. I had to ask several times for more food as there was nothing left. Apart from that we enjoyed staying there Front of house are 5 Star.

Las habitaciones eran interiores y dan a un patio pequeño y bastante horrible. Apenas entra luz natural, por lo que es necesario tener siempre la luz encendida. Una pena, porque esto hace la estancia oscura y poco acogedora. El personal fue correcto y la limpieza adecuada, pero recomiendo solicitar habitación exterior si deciden alojarse aquí.

Intercontinental es un hotel 5 estrellas en todo sentido. El servicio de su personal es excelente y el nivel de atención al cliente es de lo mejor. Lejos el mejor hotel que nos quedamos en Europa.
