Stayed three nights and the location is the selling point, right by Plaza Mayor, easy walking to everywhere I wanted in central Madrid. Room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked as it should. Solid base for exploring the city on foot. Would stay again.

This hotel is a hidden gem! I was skeptical about it because I saw some reviews about the location. It was easy to find, and perfect located. Clean rooms, small but very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

There was not clear instructions on how to get into the property. You get in the main stair and then it’s not obvious where to go. You’re just sent a room number and pin. I seen another couple with the same struggles. Bedding was marked which made it seem dirty. Location was ideal for travelling around

Excellent service! They were very helpful with the check-in process even when I arrived way early to the checkin time. The room was clean and perfect for me. It is walking distance for most of the main spots in Madrid. I will stay again, hopefully soon. I love Madrid!
