Great stay in Madrid.

The room was great. All the essentials. Easy check in. There is a little trick to pushing the door when getting in so it was tricky at first but the host was very helpful in trouble shooting. The pool is available but cold. The pool is shaded most of the time so what we thought would be a lot of fun wasn't. Neighborhood is perfect for a family. Train station, buses and restaurants were great.

The location was fantastic. Station was in front of the flat. It was clean. Was a very good base for a family of four to explore Madrid Central location meant it was equidistant to Atocha and Charmartin stations. Taxi rides to and from places were inexpensive. Flat was on second floor facing the street which was ok for us to watch the Mardid life. Was easy to access upon arrival and communication was prompt.

Property is as described. Make sure to communicate and do check in before arrival. Very helpful and responsive staff (not in site, though). There is a subway station 20m from property, supermarket a few steps from the building g, reataurants arc. You could walk to the centre if you wish but metro is pretty inexpensive and reliable

All good. Floor heating is great, keep the bathroom dry and nice. Just no detergent. And parking is extremely expensive. Paid 39 europe for the night, not 25 Europe.

The Pros: Good Area, grocery store, restaurants and metro/bus stops just walking outside the building. Communication was good. We used the oven, the stove, dish washer and washer/dryer. Everything worked fine. We did not use the coffee machine. The apartment has one beed and two sofas (not exactly American sofa beds) . The sofas may be used as a bed (one person per sofa) The apartment has a steep and narrow stair which I would like to mention so that anyone with mobility issues knows about it. Because of this stair we decided to leave all of our suitcases downstairs. Gym: sAs it was getting cold by the time of our trip snd since the gym area was in the basement it felt too cold so we did not use it.
