The Property was nice, the rooms were Spacious and clean, and the Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was simple but delicious ( the Tortilla Española was great.) Can't find any low points really... Just maybe an observation: add a second Dust bin in the room (not just in the Bathroom) It was a nice experience.

Friendly and comfortable.

We regularly use Eco Via Lusitana for family visits and always find the staff friendly and the rooms comfortable. The breakfasts are very good. There is an in-house cafe/bar with reasonably priced snacks, open through the day. The surrounding area is not great and access to the city centre isn't easy until you have mastered the bus and metro network.

Bad apple in the heaven

Overall the stay was almost perfect. Maria José, Nacho, Lucia were exceptionally friendy and went beyond to help me. The cleaners were patient and understanding and catered to my need. Hotel is 2min from metro and bus stops. 2 supermarkets within 100m. Almost excellent stay but 1 dishonest staff Nino tried to charge me for things I did not touch. I would ask the direction to remove him as he is tarnishing the good work of the other staffs. He wanted to charge me for all products in room fridge even though I did not touch them. Otherwise, the rest was perfect.

A lot of pluses, a huge minus, good service

First the good: nice lobby, super good lobby and kitchen staff, very convenient to metro, great hot water shower, big bath tub. 100 meters to good grocery store and cafes. Clean self serve laundry right across the street. The bad: all hallway walls very dinged up and desperately need new wallpaper for ALL the tears, room wall corners and tub caulk very bad condition. The very bad: the room we were given should NEVER have been rented out. The ceiling hall had a huge (6 inches) black water spot on the ceiling. We didnt see it when we checked in as we were very tired from travel. We saw it the next morning but had plans for the day that were tight, so we didnt ask for a new room. Also the bath smelled of a sewer leak. The next night it started raining from the black spot. The very good: at midnight the front desk person quickly got us into a new room that was in 8/10 repair state (so a nice enough room).

It was convenient to move around because it was near the subway station. It was so unpleasant that I couldn't eat at breakfast. An employee was in charge of all the breakfast services, so he was complaining loudly as if he were throwing a tableware. It's a terrible hotel I don't want to go again.

Told we had to use their taxi service that they were under contract with. This taxi charged us twice the amount that other taxis we chose for the same mileage. To charge people 10 euros for such a minimal selection of breakfast food is crazy. We went and bought food at a local market to last 4 days for 17 euros. Finally, when we asked if there was a laundromat nearby, the desk clerk stated they handled it and gave me a charge sheet. One women's blouse would cost 7 Euros and the minimum of garments was three. Later we discovered a laundromat across the street in the same block.

El hotel estaba en reformas, recepción, pasillos.... Por lo que no era muy agradable. Habitación pequeña, en la primera planta, aunque la limpieza impecable. Establecimiento con mobiliario bastante anticuado y descuidado. Pagamos 125€ una noche con desayuno, porque tenía un bono descuento. Desayuno buffet justo, con productos de buena calidad. Personal en general servicial y amable. Zona tranquila a unos 35 minutos del centro de Madrid en metro. No hay buena relación calidad precio.

La ducha deja mucho que desear. El soporte no sostiene la alcachofa y es necesario sujetarla con la mano, siendo incómodo tener que enjabonarse y aclararse con una sola mano. Además la bañera no tiene ningún elemento para evitar resbalar y es fácil caerse.
