I chose the place because it was walking distance to the site of the Madrid Open tennis tournament. Otherwise the location is kind of suburban, not exciting. The hotel is nice, like a tall, industrial-looking motel (all the rooms face directly outside). The rooms have fancy stuff, like remote-controlled window blinds. Nice, spacious, clean rooms, equipped even with washing machines (and a clothes rack). The breakfast was pretty good, not amazing, not bad. It's good in that there aren't many breakfast choices nearby. All things considered, I would stay again, depending on the purpose of the stay.

Lovely,spacious, new apartment

The apartment appeared to be brand new. It was very clean. Nice, modern style decor, Spacious, well appointed. Includes a small washing machine. The (obscured) glass surrounding the bath area is a bit disconcerting. The apartment is a bit removed from the sights, but the price is very good for such a nice place. It would be a great place for someone working an out-of-town assignment. I would definitely staying there again.

Offers everything you need.

I enjoyed everything with our stay. Everything looked new and updated. The bedroom was dusty, and some dirty plates were hidden inside the kitchen cupboards. But this didn't affect our stay, and I would happily return.

We took duplex room, with one bed room upstairs. But there was no way to access tge room. The remote control to pull the blinds up to get access to the stair case was missing. So, that route is closed. The elevator, only one person or one bag can be sent each time. It's scary to operate the elevator. Elevator door did not open and my friends wife got stuck and the door would not open. The reception desk guy doesn't know English, so communication even in Emergency is a nightmare. She was stuck in the elevator for more than an hour and had a traumatic experience. We all missed the breakfast because of this delay as we have to catch the tour bus. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very cold; cleaning subpar

It was freezing in the hotel and I got sick because there was no heat that I could control in the room. Because everything was centralized we relied on the hotel to ensure adequate heat was sent throughout the building but sad to say that wasn’t the case. Also cleaning was not great - staff did not even use soap to properly wash the shower and bathroom.

Tutto perfetto se non fosse che non è possibile regolare l’A/C o riscaldamento perché è centralizzato. L’aria condizionata accesa durante il giorno, in questo periodo a Madrid, non è il massimo. La sera/notte si congela. Ho chiesto un paio di volte di far qualcosa ma nessuna risposta.
