Great place on the outskirts of Madrid. 5 minutes from the Metro and 10 minutes on the Metro to the centre of Madrid. Very residential area. Flat 12 was ideal with a large balcony to watch the local world go by at night. 150 pounds deposit which wasn't expected but not a hassle! 20 euros for a taxi to the airport. Well worth it. Thanks to the owners for letting us stay.

The worse problem with this lodging is the fact that the electronic keys that provide access to the facility most often don not work causing g guests to be trapped outside or inside the facility. This caused me to miss my transportation to the airport which cost me another 70 euros, the staff would not allow me to stay another hour even though it was their fault that I could not access the exit on time. The lack of consideration was noteworthy although the facility itself is excellent, clean and adequately furnished.

El apartamento está en el barrio más peligroso de Madrid, está en frente de un basurero y si llevan carro no hay ni un solo espacio de estacionamiento. Y por si fuera poco uno deja la habitación con platos sucios y te cobran limpieza extra

Der Check-in war der Horror! Wir haben keinen Zugangscode bekommen! Es sollte in der App besser ersichtlich sein, was man vor dem Check in zu erledigen hat. Stattdessen mussten wir ca 40min mit einer Dame telefonieren, bis wir auf den Grund gekommen sind, warum wir keinen Zugangscode bekommen haben.(sehr mühsame Komunikation) Das ganze Prozedere ist uns bei unseren Aufenthalt mehrmals aufgefallen, dass es Probleme beim Check in gibt! Ein einfacheres System, würde es etwas erleichtern! Die Sauberkeit lässt auch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Nach dem Duschen ist das ganze Bad nass, die Handtücher sind nicht saugfähig, kein Handtuch zu haben wäre besser als dieses! Alles in allem würden wir diese Unterkunft NICHT weiter empfehlen.
