"For a 4 star hotel it was disappointing to see there was no facilities in the room to make a cup of tea. At night I had to go downstairs to the bar and pay 2.50 Euros each time i would want a cup of tea…But they have a full stock up mini bar with alcoholic drinks which to me was useless. Not even a complimentary water bottle on arrival"

"A spectacular stay in the perfect spot. Everything was impeccably clean, the atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant, and the rooms are very comfortable. But what truly made the difference was the kindness and friendliness of the entire staff. They made us feel welcome at all times and turned the experience into something magical and special. We would definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Madrid. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is in a great location. Shops and restaurants close by. Also, close to the metro. The staff are very helpful. Room is a good size. Nice rooftop terrace. Would definitely recommend this property."

"Great hotel. Loved the room with a great view of the Gran Via, the staff and the location. Only issue we had was our room was right next to the elevator and we heard the elevator going up and down at all times. Rarely was there much time the elevator wasn’t making noise. Didn’t complain because they were nice enough to give us the room very early in the day. Other than that loved the hotel and would stay again. I would just request not being near the elevator. "

"Excellent location in the city center with easy access to public transportation. Room was clean, nice and spacious. Hair dryer sucked, something to be improved. The view from the 360 restaurant and bar on the 27th floor was stunning."

"Room was good size. Bed was comfortable. 10 euro w bolt to airport. Breakfast was very good! Staff friendly. Located near a number of cute restaurants which we went to and food was very good. Train was 8 minute walk. Would recommend and would stay there again!"
