"I had a wonderful and memorable experience during my stay at this Sofitel hotel while performing Umrah with my wife. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing after long days of worship. The staff were exceptionally friendly, respectful, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made our stay truly enjoyable. We sincerely appreciate the excellent service and hospitality, and we would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for Umrah. Thank you for making our spiritual journey even more special.
