Staff was good but that’s single star hotel and its price should never be more than $20 per night though I paid $63 😳. Specially people with newer I phones should stay away because of old old sockets in rooms.

Would not recommend for elderly, people with physical disabilities, or families using baby strollers because you need to cross the highway and hop over barricades to get to the masjid. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Stayed there for a day, but the staff is really helpful and very friendly. Place is 20 mins on foot to the Haram. Place is very cheap compared to other places. You get your money’s worth.

The staff is nice. I arrived early and they accepted me. My only concern is bedding. The pillows are hard and they hurt my neck and head. I wish they had better pillows.

The hotel room is very nice and clean. I liked to stay here. Only issue I found the communication. Because of construction around the hotel, its longer distance to Masjid e Nawabi. Otherwise everything is ok.

Overall A comfortable Stay

Pros - Around 700-800 meters from Haram, A lot of Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi restaurants and people in near vicinity. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Newly constructed hotel therefore everything is quite up to the mark Cons - No concept of Room cleaning (Occupants have to keep room tidy), Keyed entry to rooms (No keyless), currently Construction work going on just astride hotel space which at times starts early in the morning (Just in case it hampers sleep), Carpets needs cleanliness

IT’s adequately and ok for the price I paid, there are a fridge and kittle . Staff are friendly and not fussy and noisy , largely you will be left alone with no bother. A young woman with niqab at the desk is friendly and helpful. For the price I paid I’m more than happy and I’d recommend it for anyone single with limited budget and finances

Very Respectful and Helpful Staff.

Stayed with my wife for 5 days near end of Ramadan. Was shown the room before checking in. Room was in excellent condition for a couple with sofa n table as well as a dressing table. Basic fridge, kettle etc provided. Bathroom was in good working order. Landline phone was connected in the room with clear instructions. Lifts were in good working order. The hotel also provides a cafe service and very quick on the day laundry service! The best thing was the staff at reception were respectful and could communicate in full English. One of the staff (Sameer) even dropped me off at the Train station when I was struggling with getting a Taxi. The only thing is the long walk to Haram due to the barriers for construction works taking place which is not in control of the hotel staff.
