However, one thing that disappointed me was that I tried to contact the property through the messaging system but did not receive any response. As I mentioned earlier, I have another booking for next year, and I sincerely hope that communication and responsiveness can be improved. I would also like to kindly request a room with a view of the Haram and Rawdah, if available.
