"We were their to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was the worst night ever. Fridge didn't work. It took us 3 times going to lobby to try to get someone up there. No help until almost midnight and still didnt work. Next morning we made reservations for breakfast. We were waiting and after 30 mins we check for an update and we were told someone canceled our reservation. What should have been the best night, was the worst."
