Beautiful views, clean room, walkable in around this charming town, staff was friendly. The only downfall is breakfast - quite limited menu, not really a buffet breakfast, much like continental. But the views were amazing.

We didn't stay at this exact hotel because there was an issue with our room, and we were transfered to another hotel from the chain. Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful in both hotels. We stayed at the Hotel Wiracocha Inn. The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable.

It was great! We checked in at 11pm, they were waiting for us, they arranged the transportation from the airport to Ollaytaytambo, personnel was extremely helpful, room very comfortable and clean. We will come back! Highly recommend!
