Hotel Fenix is amazing , Norma and her staff is fluent in English and Spanish . Value for your money , everything is walkable . Clean and safe.

The hotel is seemingly still under construction. The queen bed was a double at best. The walls a paper thin and can hear everything. The room have windows above the door that allow light from the hall way to shine in. The staff is very attentive though.

Las fotos que veas no son la realidad!

El cuarto fatal,en la regadera habia pelos,el wc sucio,el lavabo sucio!y hasta una curita en la regadera que algun huesped dejo tirada!que asco!las ventanas no estan selladas ni con silicon!por lo cual se escucha toso el ruido de la calle y adentro se escucha absolutamente todo...TODO!carisimo para lo que te ofrecen me eh quedado por ese precio en excelentes hoteles en otros paises,y con mucho mejor servicio que este,las recepcionista una amable y la otra de cara y cero servicial!se los juro que hasta un hotel de paso esta mil veces mas limpio!en vrd ahorrense la experiencia!

Hospedaria novamente, sem dúvida alguma

Super limpo, bem localizado, com uma vista incrível para as montanhas (no local do café). Fácil acesso a toda a cidade. Uma pessoa foi nos pegar no desembarque do trem ( achei isso super atencioso). Preço justo e bem pertinho do embarque de ônibus para subir Machu Picchu. Com certeza indicarei esta Hospedagem.
