"My wife really enjoyed a morning at the spa. The pool was clean ,quite large and well designed. Some of the staff were very friendly and competent. Others were just going through the motions. Our room was large with a great view from the balcony. The cleaning staff kept the room clean and well stocked."

"Amazing place for kids. Zoo like aquarium with ocean life easily watchable and lots of activities on site. Actually better than most ocean aquariums. Food is expensive. And with 10% VAT tax and 15% gratuities on every purchase you can easily spend $100 a day per person. Much more if you eat at restaurants. Place is big. We walked around 3 miles a day. There are pools everywhere so this much walking is not required but if you want to see everything offered you will be walking a lot. "

"My room was clean but the bathroom was dirty and it didn’t smell well. The front desk staff were excellent workers that’s why I left the issue alone plus I wasn’t in the room that much because I was at a friend hotel up the street. For the price I was expecting better. "

"Ocean view was great, clean casino, clean around pool areas, overall friendly staff. The resort is so large, that you could spend a week there and not discover everything there is. Restaurants are great. but food and drinks are pricy. even Starbucks is even more expensive there than at home. Only complaints would be poor water pressure in the hotel room shower, bad lighting and area to get ready in your room, upon arrival our room wasn't ready at check-in, and the site maps (because the resort is humongous) didn't always show "where you are" location so it was easy to get lost. Nothing to do with the resort, but you also get screwed over with the cab services. They over charge you and you just have to deal with it. "

"Clean and friendly place to stay. We enjoy the quiet atmosphere after spending time at Atlantis. We like the free breakfast. We disintegrate have dinner there this time but have in the past and always very good. Plumbing is old and could use updates. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. "

"Our room was incredible, 7th floor with a terrace overlooking the pool with ocean view. Very close to the port so lots of cruise ship activity and loud at times. Overall , this location was perfect and very affordable."
