"The property is very dated and a little shabby. The locks didn’t feel terribly secure and there is no safe in the room. But the staff was lovely, the bed very comfortable, the room clean, and the price and location just what I was looking for. So a good traveler hotel but nothing fancy. "

"Everything was solid besides the staff.. booked for 10 nights and would walk into the hotel with staff chasing me down to the communal bathroom to ask what I was doing here… they all knew me and knew exactly what I was doing there. Happened multiple times specifically the woman at the reception. Otherwise solid hotel if you want to come to Pisa and have good access to the train station (right across from hotel front entrance)"

"The staff here are amazing so helpful with any questions about the area. Hotel is situated just a few minutes from Pisa and then down to the bars and restaurants great location. Breakfast was good and the young lady who makes the coffee is great at her job. Loved this hotel"

"Our room had an amazing view of the tower and yet it was so quiet. Staff really helpful and pleasant. Got carton of milk for us for our coffees and rang taxi for us.Nice to have a lift. Complimentary slippers, drinks, toiletries in room.Great cafe next door for breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
