"- เตียงและฟูกนอนคุณภาพต่ำสุดๆ นอนแค่ 1 ชั่วโมงถึงกับต้องย้ายโรงแรมไปจองที่อื่นแทน - สภาพห้องโดยรวมถือว่าสกปรกทั้งในห้องและทางขึ้นบันไดก่อนเข้าห้อง - ประตูล็อคได้แค่ลูกบิด ไม่มีโซ่ล็อค ไร้ความปลอดภัยสิ้นดี"

"The first room i was given was not very good. However the staff quickly upgraded my room. The lady at the front counter was very nice and accommodating . The new room is very spacious and very clean. I felt very well taken care of and i ended up booking one more week at this hotel. I travel to Thailsnd every year or two and i will definitely stay with this hotel again."

"เจ้าหน้าที่ไม่ได้ติดต่อประสานงานกันเลย ป้ายอะไรก็ไม่มี ถ้าไม่เปิดแผนที่ก็ไม่มีทางเจอค่ะ ที่จอดรถไม่มีไม่พอต้องที่ไปจอดก็ต้องเสียค่าจอดแพงอีก ที่พักดีมากค่ะ แต่เรื่องอื่นคือต้องปรับปรุงค่ะ การบริการคือไม่อะไรเลยค่ะ"
