"I stayed on a day with lots of snow. It was beautiful. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent. All the staff were lovely and very friendly."

"We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here...
"This was the most amazing property. The rooms are all very different and we did have an issue on our first night with noise and the room temperature (it was unseasonably hot and there is no AC). We were moved to a new room in the same category that was so amazing. Would stay again, great spot and wonderful spa area!"

"Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Check in and checkout were a breeze. The room was cleaned and towels replaced daily. The view from my room (as well as dining area) was stunning! The staff were very friendly and welcoming too. They also have a washer and dryer to use - dryer was a bit confusing but it all worked out! I really hope I’m lucky enough to stay here again one day! "The hotel and room are nice, very swiss chalet. However, the check in counter close since 20:00 though the staff are all very nice and helpful but this hotel is somewhat far and not convenience if you have no car. If you want to go further to Jungfrau, you rather find hotel around the Interlaken west/Ost station."
