Superbe hôtel

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Linda et Dani. L'hôtel est très joli, confortable, les hôtes sont d'une gentillesse incroyable avec d'adorables animaux (mention à Eric et Heidi). Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner complet et nous avons pris une fondue savoyarde délicieuse. Mention également à la vue sur le lac et les montagne qui est incroyable.

Linda and Dani were the most amazing hosts! It was the best experience I had in Switzerland. Very authentic and they went above and beyond taking care of me. I was a solo traveler and it felt like home! I highly recommend this hotel. So many memories and Dani always had a new surprise for me waiting! Easy walk to bus station to go to Interlaken Main. The dogs and kitty were an added bonus!!!!

Very authentic Swiss hotel owners were very engaged friendly and helpful the famous dog heidi is lovely The view from our room was exceptional They could improve by adding a toaster for breakfast even though traditionally the Swiss don’t toast bread I think the hotel was slightly over priced I’d rate the hotel as 3 star with a 5 star price tag but very friendly staff and owners it’s more like a bnb than a hotel

The Wonderful Hotel Fassbind!

We had the opportunity to stay at the lovely Fassbind Hotel. Dani and Linda were the BEST hosts! We especially appreciated Dani and his enthusiasm and love for his country and culture. We absolutely loved our time here! We stayed at multiple hotels over our three week trip to the alps in early September and hotel Fassbind was definitely our favorite place we stayed at! Linda and Dani are the most incredible hosts. We talk daily about how we miss “Dani’s Breakfast” where he would tell us stories while we ate delicious bread, cheese, and meats. Heidi and Klara, the two Burnese Mountain Dogs are adorable and love to hang around the guests! The view from the room was incredible. We enjoyed sitting out on the private balcony at night to watch the sunset on the mountains, and the neighborhood is so peaceful. You can sometimes even hear the cowbells from the nearby cows grazing. We can’t say enough about Hotel Fassbind and we can’t wait to come back! Molly & Deven

Unforgettable Stay! Incredible Service

Our stay here was amazing, thanks to the incredible staff and unique experiences they offer. From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of excellent—warm, welcoming, and with a personal touch that made us feel right at home. The breakfast was great every morning. It was delicious, with a fantastic variety of options to start the day off right. But the most unforgettable part of our trip was the cheese fondue hot tub. It was a blast and an experience unlike any other. We had the pleasure of being guided by Dani, who was absolutely awesome. He taught us so much about the art of fondue, making the experience not only fun but also educational. A huge thank you to Linda and Dani for making our stay so special. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly sets this chalet apart.

Amazingly unique hotel and experience

I've been to a lot of good and great hotels, give my stars and move on. But this was one of the most unique stays I've ever experienced, and all thanks to the hosts Dani and his wife Linda. Passionate and caring doesn't do their hard work service. They go above and beyond to make your experience a 100/10. The couple is enthusiastic about their hotel and the people that come and visit. By sharing stories, history, tips/tricks, food and drink - they are truly on a level all on their own. You would do yourself a disservice by staying anywhere else. They made the whole trip significantly more enjoyable. If I make it back to Interlaken, you couldn't pay me to stay anywhere else.

Stunning Beyond Words

I travel for a living and I can say that this is one of the most charming hotels I've had the pleasure of visiting and the view is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Snow capped mountains that change colors with the sunset, rolling green hills with quintessential Swiss homes dotting the stunning countryside, a beautiful lake down below. It's like a painting. We couldn't leave our balcony. The rooms are adorable, neat and cozy. Breakfast is delightful and delicious. The hosts are absolutely wonderful and their dog (Heidi) as well. I wish we had more than one night to enjoy the property and surrounding area. If you are only staying one night give yourself enough time to enjoy sunset from the balcony with some wine and snacks. What an absolute dream. If you love nature the area is a must!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Fassbind Beausite. Dani, Linda and their beautiful dog Heidi are incredible hosts. In the days leading up to our reservation there was lots of communication about check in and what was on offer. The free bus pass made it easy to get from Interlaken to Beatenberg. Our room was wonderful. Spacious, clean and homey. We loved all the special touches that were added. The view from our balcony was absolutely incredible. We watched the sun rise over the mountains on our second morning and it was absolutely beautiful. Every morning we looked forward to breakfast and interacting with Dani and Linda. It is obviously how much they love what they do, and the care they have for each guest who stays with them. Thanks Dani & Linda for an incredible stay, we will be back!

The hotel, location and the owners, everything was just amazing. You can see the snow-capped mountains and Lake Thun from the rooms and we loved it everyday while having coffee from our balcony. The hosts were very gracious. They not only provided us with recommendations but also lent us their jackets when we were going to visit Jungfraujoch saying that it might be cold up there. The whole stay felt very warm and welcoming and I’d highly recommend it.

Above and beyond!

Dani and Linda were excellent and lovely hosts. They were very helpful and super kind. Furthermore, I love how passionate they are! This was my second time at this beautiful hotel and they always go above and beyond. Also, we were communicating throughout the whole entire stay and they made sure that we, a family of 6, have a comfortable stay. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The host, Dani, was incredibly kind and made me feel truly welcome. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking both the lake and the majestic mountains—an unforgettable sight! Breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to the day. Although the facility is not brand new, it is impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. One thing to keep in mind is that the bus from Interlaken West station runs only once an hour. However, the hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop, making transportation easy despite the limited schedule. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the area!
