"Room service was good and service staff great. Consistently exceptional service was experienced at Miss Lou's from Ambrosia and Jonathan. It helped that this bar provided high-end drinks as well as high-end customer service. I would consider another stay at this property, especially if the buffet food quality could be improved."

"Staff,facility was all great"

"The cove was wonderful"

"Beautiful resort and everyone was beyond friendly"

"Everything was wonderful The price could be a little lower at first."

"I like how the staff was caring and welcoming toward their staff. I felt safe on the property"

"I was so shock that there was no elevator in this 2026,as a born Jamaican I was not treated as a guest but as the same skin color at the morning breakfast buffet, for the ackee restaurant that Supervisor made my birthday special at the last minute after closing time the host was like sorry we are closed without even trying and for the drinks I will give them 2 out of 10 because alcohol was weak, there is room for improvement but I enjoy my stay"

"Rooms and property were dated. I could not get hot water in shower, changed rooms & still did not get hot water. Shower pressure weak in 2 rooms. Location on beach great, chairs provided at waterfront. Staff great. Supermarket is right across the street. Free parking very convenient. Pool water was nice & warm."

The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but the higher-ups were not eager to go above and beyond. There was a complication with getting the complimentary honeymoon package and there was no real effort made to resolve it so we got the special honeymoon dinner and that was it. The beach view...
