"We had a great time at Princess Grand Jamaica. The food was excellent, especially the desserts. I loved the Platinum Club, especially the rooftop pool with its amazing ocean view. Our room also had a beautiful sunset view. Special mention to our butlers, Pierre and Javaughn, and all the Platinum Club staff for their great service. The entertainment could be better, but we didn’t mind since we enjoyed the quiet time. "

"good things: Clean rooms, good housekeeping, helpful staff overall, good amenities, variety of food/drink options, location, beach access, safety, well maintained pools. Things to improve: transportation within resort amenities can be improved. Restaurant reservations are difficult (availability is very limited) timings can be extended."

"A little underwhelming compared to the website and advertising. The pool is across an alley on a separate building's rooftop so you have to climb 3 flights of stairs. Then there was 1 shade umbrella for the entire pool lounging area. The free continental breakfast was a pre-determined menu at the restaurant of just eggs, meat and "grain". You have few choices and even fewer when they're out of so many things. Tried to order supper at the restaurant but gave up after they were out of the 3rd item we tried to order and the lack of help from the rude staff. The staff just seemed to not want to interact, answer questions or give us the time of day."
