"I stayed in room 335. There was bedbugs in my bed when I woke up. I called down to the office and asked for a manager to come up. Waited 15 min and called down again. They said they told management. Here is the thing, for me to have actually SEEN the bugs means that they are not new, AND the reaction makes me feel like they have heard this before. To be fair when I went downstairs they provided me with trash bags for my things, were very apologetic and were agreeable to me requesting a refund. I just feel like if this was a surprise, someone would have been up there to assist me immediately. I know if it was my hotel I would have been distraught over it happening to my guests."

"Hotel is nice and very convenient to USC. I gave only four stars for the hotel’s maintenance because the gym sorely needs some equipment for its Precor machine. There are two cables but only one attachment to use for lifting weights. Another guest used the machine by grabbing the quick link that is at the end of the cable. More equipment is needed."

"Didn't get to try any of the food, but the lobby bar, restaurant, cafe, coworking and socializing are is outstanding. I would have happily spent the whole day there if I hadn't been so busy!"

"Terrible experience. They charged $250 in hidden, extra charges above the room rate. The water in the shower was not hot even though the sink water was hot, so obviously the shower fixture is broken and has not been properly maintained. "

"I came here with my boyfriend for our first trip out of town and it was such a pleasure to say in such a fine establishment! I loved the rustic asthetic and the room was so comfortable! The bright colors made the room feel way more open than other places. THE BATHROOM WAS SO CUTE. I was very sad that we only got to spend one night here :( "
