"You are asking about the staff? There was nobody there when we arrived. I could not find my reservation number because of poor phone connection! It took us 15 minutes to check in and other guests were struggling too! Not a good system and Expedia should let us know that there nobody at the Hotel when you arrive, that we needed our reservation number, not just our names and to be ready for a machine."

Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."

The parking lot is secured overnight by a gate (they give guests the code), and although the rooms are small, they have everything you need. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains that work better than any I've ever had before. I would definitely stay here again."

"The manager and staff are very friendly, welcoming and so obviously love running a hotel and making guests feel at home. The room is spacious and pristine which must take a ton of effort because parts of the hotel infrastructure are a bit worn down and could do with a renovation. The welcome biscuits were a nice touch although I sadly have a dairy intolerance so could not eat them but the other member of my party sniffled them up. The aircon is a must especially with it being 40C outside. It...

"Un excellent moment passé au sein de cette magnifique chambre d'hôte. Nathalie et son mari sont au petit soin, à la recherche du détail qui compte. La maison est grande et spacieuse, la chambre magnifique avec un lit très confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la quiétude du lieu... Le soir nous avons eu le plaisir de nous joindre à la table d'hôte concoctée maison avec une grande majorité de produits bio... Vraiment je ne peux que conseiller le Grenier Occitan pour une pause serène...

"Had a great stay at the property, which is in a nice small village outside of Carcassonne. The breakfast was very nice, with various breads and jams fruits and such. The bathroom was quite large and the room had ample pace and such for clothes. There is a restaurant about 50m away that is very good. Probably the best part is that the proprietrix is wonderful."
