The river next to the resort is nice, thats it.

1. Took a very long time to confirm the booking, the reception couldn't see any bookings from Hotels.com. 2. Room looks ok at first glance, but ALOT of dust and filth everywhere, only cleaned the most obvious places. 3. Got hungry around 21:30 and figured we would take our bike from the resort to the night market in Luang Prabang, to our surprise the gate to the hotel area was closed and it was not possible to get out. Nobody from the hotell staff was in the resort and we couldn't reach reception even by phone. Went to sleep hungry that night. 4. By the day of the arrival I asked reception if they would be able to book train tickets for us from Luang Prabang to Vang Vieng. No problem they said, just come to the reception the day before departure and we will arrange tickets for you. Day before departure I go to the reception in the early morning and tell them to arrange the train tickets, I get the response that its fully booked and I need to look at other options, even though they assured me at day 1 that they would fix it for me. Had to take a bus from LP to Vang Vieng instead, which wasted half a day.
