Omni Louisville Hotel
"We were there for the LTL festival, hotel is so pretty and clean, and people were very helpful. I loved that they have a text message system where you can ask questions and they reply to you in a very quick manner. I have no complaints, I would totally go back to this hotel,"

Radisson Hotel Louisville North
"Staff were very helpful and friendly but the hotel common areas and the room were extremely run-down and old. The room was ok but blackout curtains were ripped. Bathroom, particularly the shower, was dirty. The rate was reasonable but not sure the savings was worth it. We won’t stay there again."

The Brown Hotel
"Receptionist was rude. I drove long hours and stopped for the night. She didn’t greed me with a smile but instead rudeness and somewhat aggressive. I checked in and behind me was a suit dressed man which she greeted with a happy smile and a warm “Hi”. That made me feel very discriminated."
