I was very frusterated with the check-in process and the staff. If you go out dining, make sure you have ID with you. We didn't. We went to Howl at the Moon, and they wouldn't let us in. We are pensioners, so a bit of a farce, but told it was the rules of the house. We are from UK so not used to taking ID.
