Very clean. Staff was great! Pool was down for maintenance. The TV had very limited channels and the beds were not very padded. Overall I'd give 3/5. There was nothing communicated about pool being down before arrival. For the price I expected many more channels and fluffier beds.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very beautiful, clean and well maintained. Excellent service from all the staff (polite, friendly and accommodating). Very safe (required room key to enter the property and the elevators). Walking distance to downtown! Would absolutely stay there again.

The shower had rusty mold in it. There was a dirty hand print on the wall above the toilet. We book our stay for the pool but it was closed the entire stay for a chemical imbalance. We left the night before our checkout because we had already done what we came to do and the pool was closed. The staff was outstanding(Bill,Fransesco*(front desk), and Stephen(bartender) but I couldn’t select 5 stars bc this app wouldn’t let me scroll over.
