The room was quite big for a king studio. It had a full kitchenette and a big fridge. There was a nice sitting area. The bed was very comfy and the air worked great in the 100 degree heat. The breakfast was delicious-a fully cooked breakfast. It was quiet, and everything was very clean. It had an outdoor pool and a workout room. The area itself is quiet and 5 minutes from the chaos and crazy crowded roads coming in and out of the expressways by the mall. That was really nice.

This was our third time staying at this particular hotel. Overall, we generally enjoy our stays while visiting Louisville. The staff is awesome, Karen at the front desk is absolutely fantastic. I had the pleasure of conversing with her during my last two trips. Good breakfast, plenty of seating and relatively close to plenty of food and shopping options. However, this visitor our room was not clean and despite bringing it to the attention of the front desk twice, it still was not cleaned prior to our leave. Their was a large pile of hair on the floor in the bathroom and it was quite noticeable that they had not swept or mopped. We were in town due to the passing of my father in law so we were not in the headspace to argue about it.

The room my family and I stayed in was great. Had a kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and a nice living area. However, the couch was not clean. It had stains and smelled funny. I ended up using the sheet from the bed as a couch cover. I am a clean freak so I bring my own things, including a small blanket. I was there for a basketball tournament, so my daughter needed to wash her uniform every day. We were there for 4 days. The laundry, 2 washing machines and 2 dryers were nice to have and affordable. Although the fight to get to them was a struggle. I never realized how ruthless the laundromat can get! Breakfast was okay. Had options. It was just fine. Had a great time. Ate good food. Kentucky owes me nothing. 🙂

The front desk staff was amazing with every person we talked interacted with. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of five and the hotel location couldn’t have been better. The housekeeping however, lacked. In our 4 night stay we only got our room cleaned once and that was on our last night. Every other night we had to call down for fresh towels. The front desk person had to bring us trash bags because all our trash cans were overflowing and we had dirty towels plied up. We of course had to gather all that up ourselves and hand it out the door to the desk clerk. That being said, we would still stay again.

This is our favorite hotel in the Louisville area. I fly in every 2-3 months to visit family and this is our preferred place to stay. Why? The rooms are spacious, the bed is great, the shower has good water pressure, the AC works great and the breakfast is very nice. It checks all the boxes. It's clean, safe and always dependable. I highly recommend this hotel and we'll continue to stay there when we're in Louisville.

There was no heat in the king bedroom in December. The whole heater was disassembled in the room and they put me in that room anyway. I booked a 2 bedroom suite and their only solution was to move me, my husband, my sister and niece to two separate rooms without the living area. I declined, since the living area was the whole point when I was booking. The queen bedroom had a heater, and we had to leave the doors open so my room could hover in the low 60’s. The guy at the front desk told me twice that he was coming up to look at my situation but he was dismissive and never showed so I stopped asking. It was a very nice hotel but the service is severely lacking. It was very weird.

Only stayed one night. What could have been a difficult situation was made right before arrival. Cameron(concierge) is the BEST BTW. They accidently gave our room away and there were no more. However Cameron upgraded us abd the room was really GREAT! Nice beds, roomy, nice bathrooms, full kitchens. 5-STARS
