The Grady is a super cute hotel. The room had beautiful high ceilings and the bathroom has plenty of room. Great downtown location! We also had an incredible breakfast at the onsite restaurant (the Wild Swann?). Definitely recommend!

⸻ We really enjoyed this hotel, which was beautifully repurposed from a 1800s hat company. The architect who designed the space did an outstanding job—the character and detail throughout are impressive. While the rooms were a bit tight, they were still comfortable and manageable. Breakfast was fantastic and served in a unique speakeasy-style space in the basement, which added to the overall experience. Mark, the host in the restaurant, was excellent—friendly, engaging, and full of great knowledge about the building’s history, which made the stay even more memorable. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Louisville.

Wonderful hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and aesthetically pleasing. "Chance" helped us to our room and gave us an amazing history of the hotel. He was professional and friendly. The restaurant downstairs was ok. We were able to Uber to The Last Refuge, a converted church/bar. So cool. Make reservations though. The ONLY complaint I would have would be... A towel had orange stains on it, and a bathmat the next day had a big tear in it. Both were clean but should have just been discarded. I would stay there again !

The best part about the Grady is its excellent location in historical Louisville. We walked to many attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable but not a lot of extras to it. Bed and bedding were great. We had an excellent breakfast in the Wild Swann restaurant on site. We chose to park our car at a nearby garage for $22/day. It was a half block away.
