"Very noisy air conditioner. Called maintenance and cannot be fixed?! General conditions of the hallways were dusty and full of litter. Housekeeping leaves piles and piles of sheets and linens in the hallways for most of the day. No doormen around to assist with bags. No more Crown Plaza hotels!"
