"Beautiful hotel and casino. Friendly staff and very clean, spacious room. Totally enjoyed the stay."

"The light in the bathroom would not shut off and the door to the bathroom would not shut. The staff did not show any sort of concern when I told them about it."

"Price is good and the staff is great. The hotel need upgrade refrigerator doesn't work in most room air conditioning doesn't work in most rooms elevator shakes real bad. If everyone trying to take a shower you have no water pressure."

"Terrible!! Go somewhere else. They never provided room service, never had clean towels, when you’d bring your dirty towels down which was every single day, you’d have to wait until the clean ones got done in the dryer, tv only had 1 channel, lights didn’t work, receptionist was never at the front desk, I called the manager Kendra & she said she was going to comp me a night for my troubles, she never did, I called and left several messages but never heard anything back. Bad part of town also!! I’d never recommend anyone wasting their money here. "
