Rooms dirty, light bulbs missing, switch by bed to use lamp missing. Don’t know how this is stitopersting under the Wyndham franchise. Worse I have stayed in. Took multiple amounts from my account. Did not refund one night because we payed for two nights but left after one night. I hope someone reads this and take action. Have already complained to Expedia and waiting for my refund. Customer service said they will contact hotel and get back to me.

Cockroaches and Smoke

The hotel was run down and did not match the images at all. There were cockroaches in the room and smelled of smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. However the man working the front counter was very accommodating, helpful, and understanding. HE deserves a RAISE.

I walked into my room after I paid for a week turned the lights on and there was roaches in the lamp shades. Then as I tried to get my money back they wanted to keep it. I had to threaten to get a lawyer involved before they would give me my money back.

Aunt Veshia birthday

Easy access to the place i was visiting and staff made checking in wonderful. Mrs. Alberta was the best person to speak with she help out with the breakfast and I will recommend this travel lounge

The staff was nice, but the rooms are HORRIBLE my covers and pillows were dirty. The sink looks like someone had just finish shaving and tried to clean it up but left hair. The water was brown I saw that due to the fact the sink was stopped up. My room also had ROACHES. I said forget it an slept in my car due to the fact I was leaving out early the next day.

A little bit more maintenance and cleaning

The stay itself wasn't bad I had a mouse running through the room the bathroom and sink area was dirty the knob in the shower was falling off basically it just needs a good cleaning and some maintenance the rest of it it was very quiet nice stay Even so I was told it was in the bad area it didn't matter I slept good Oh no swimming pool suppose there was clean no action on it

It was very convenient to the hospital—could not have been better—but we should not have stayed there. No hot water hence no shower; room not clean; no blanket so had to turn the a/c way to (79o). The woman who checked me in was wonderful but her assistant with the black eye needs to leave her boyfriend.
