The room looked really good and the mattress felt AMAZING. My alarm on my phone had to wake me up in the a.m. lol. The staff from check in and check out were professionals and personable. I will return for another stay!

Impressive hotel in every way. The front desk staff are outstanding and did everything they could to make our stay a good one. The handicap room was fully accessible and gorgeous. The bed was a 10 thank God - everything about the hotel is first rate and will be the only place we stay in Shreveport in the future.
