My first time staying at LIVE Hotel&Casino and I enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Whatever we needed, it was supplied to us. The staff was very friendly. We had drinks at Sports & bar. I even enjoyed myself there. Around the rooms it was very quiet, no disturbances. Overall everything was great. I would definitely recommend LIVE Hotel and Casino!

Really comfy beds and pillows- registration was easy and the woman I spoke with was lovely. Clean and comfy- I don’t gamble- was there quickly to have dinner with a friend on a one night stay- so I don’t know about most amenities- would recommend!

this stay has been absolutely unacceptable. The room is unbearably hot, and the air conditioner makes a loud noise every time it shuts off. On top of that, doors keep slamming and people are yelling and cussing in the hallway. I paid for a comfortable room and a decent night’s sleep. I’m here for work, and I have only about six hours to rest. Instead, I’m considering sleeping in my truck because I can’t get any peace in the room I paid for. That is ridiculous. This is my first stay with you, and it has been a terrible experience. I expect this to be handled immediately. Move me to a cool, quiet room and address the hallway noise. If you cannot provide that, I expect a refund. I should not have to beg for basic comfort and rest.
