"To start with, no check in information was sent to me before I arrived. When I arrived I couldn't get hold of the owner as he wasn't answering his phone and didn't have the curtesy to reply to the several messages I left, both in the form of answer phone and text.
I had to contact Hotels.com via the online chat. Eventually one of the owners employees phoned me and said he would come and let me in.
Once in the property, things didn't really improve. The maintenance of the place is shocking and...

"Easy check in. Parking requires permit Mon-Sat 9-5, listing just says free parking. Check in was 3pm on Saturday but luckily we checked in later. Sleeps up to 6 but seating for only 3 in lounge and 4 in kitchen. Cleanish but certainly room for improvement. Basic and functional to put our heads down for the night but no more ."
