"Room was clean, staff was ok. Our sink plug was broken but didn't spoil our stay. The hotel is ideally placed for all the bay activities. We are staying again."

"They put us in a room for people with disabilities. To even to open the door, I had to kneel down to key in the codes on the pin pad. Only after insisting several times they moved us to a regular room which was decent. We appreciate the coffee machine in the lobby but it was not working quite often. There were many homeless people and people who were on drugs in the area and we didn’t feel safe getting out before 8am or after 8pm. The streets in the area were very dirty and you have to watch out for faeces when you walk. The staff were nice and were doing their best to keep the hotel clean."
