The King room has a small kitchen sink counter area with a modern refrigerator. Coffee pot with amenities. There is a hair dryer and clothes steamer in...

"AC in main area not working, one of the main area ceiling fans not working, sliding glass door lock broken (could not be secured). Microwave could only plug in facing the sink. Lost power for 3 hours. There is no "water dispenser" unless they are talking about the sink faucet. No handrail on one set of stairs leading to 2 bedrooms."
