The staff is amazing. They help you the best they can. All inclusive is not all inclusive. There are many things like drinks and meals that are not included. Since the resort offers both all inclusive and not it is not as convenient as a true all inclusive resort where you can just get what you need. We spent a lot of time waiting on checks that we don't do at other all inclusive resorts. The rooms are nice, the common space smells heavily like mildew and the carpets in the hallways are soaking wet. I know humidity has a lot to do with this, but the materials are likely not the right choice. There is for sure a mold problem here. For the price I've stayed in much nicer, truly all inclusive spaces. I likely would not return here.

Easy to navigate, clean, good pools and hot tubs. Beach is somewhat swimmable unlike like other resorts. Room met expectations.
