It’s a decent hotel. There aren’t any microwaves, washers, dryers, or continental breakfast. I recommend to prepare and plan for a workaround if those amenities are needed for you. The room was a tad bit smaller than other hotels and it was clean.

I am only writing this review because the hotel has been dishonest about what happened. After trying to resolve the issue, the hotel ignored me for five days. When Expedia contacted them on my behalf, the hotel falsely claimed that I had checked in. They also told Expedia that I was being charged for parking, which is impossible because I never parked there. The hotel is making false claims to deny my refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking here. The lack of honesty and accountability is extremely concerning.

It was a beautiful stay, hotel was clean, nice big pool, can’t hear traffic with the door closed, a bar next to the pool. Will definitely be going back. But, we unfortunately got there little before 5:30pm and was told that we have to park across the street since the valet parking was full, we later found out that our car would be towed if we left the car there over night. I asked the front desk if there’s anything we can do, and they let us know about parking at the casino a couple blocks away and they allow overnight parking, we ended up in the parking garage next to the casino and let them know we need overnight parking while staying at a hotel and ended up paying $70. But I would love to give a big thank you to the two women at front desk for trying so hard to see what they could do for their guests. and yes they were able to figure something out. thank you Kourtney and Cristina !

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. I forgot to bring toothpaste and toothbrushes and they were able to provide that for me. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the AC because it was in Spanish so one of the employees came to the room to help out. All the staff answered the many questions that I had. I like that there’s a restaurant attached to the hotel and a Starbucks nearby. I was going to a concert that night, so it was convenient that the Intuit Dome was walking distance from the hotel. Overall, I would recommend.

I only stayed one night and the bed was really comfortable, the front desk staff were friendly and professional as well as the valet staff. The only thing that could have been improved is having better hair dryers. That is a detail, when handled well makes me happy, Also, access to filtered water for filling up my water bottle would be great too. I'm done with drinking out of plastic bottles and really appreciate when this service is available.

We came to see Joji and I loved that the hotel is next to the dome, everyone was really nice and helpful there. Their smoking spot was really chill and clean. We will be coming back for future shows. :) <3

Very convenient since we went to a concert and the intuit dome! Easy 2 min walk straight from your room. Valet Parking is a 1 time payment and then you’re free to come and go but it’s super worth it. Food at the bar & restaurant are kind of overpriced for what you’re getting, but the hotel stay and rooms accommodated us very well. I would stay here again with how convenient the whole stay was.
