The waters that they did offer were four dollars a bottle for a 20 ounce smart water. The room smelled weird. Every interaction with the staff felt like a confrontation more than an interaction. One good thing is that the location was really good.

It did not have any amenities or looked nothing like what shows online. No restaurant, no bar, no pool and no hand soap in the rooms. Terrible smell of paint. Only plus was location. No black out curtains. Sun rose right into our room so no sleeping in.

Website shows and lists a cafe, fitness room, business center, and sundries mart. None where there, just a vending machine with beverages and snacks. Dining limited in the area. Cleaning room had to be scheduled. Had to kept asking for clean towels. Not much help with tourist sights. Pool was not very clean, towels where limited. $50 parking was kinda high, thought maybe reduced rate for guests. Room was ok for price, Good area, safe to walk around, quiet area.

The location was fantastic …. The beds were great . Quality of the property was not great , bathrooms were awful unfortunately. Parking was a bit expensive $50 per day. No real great amenities at the hotel at all…. While the staff was nice we will not stay here again .

The location was perfect for the purpose of my trip. And there is an Erewhon and Trader Joes within walking distance. The place was clean and the staff helpful and friendly. There's a parking garage right there for a fee. And an Uber ride is available within minutes, because of the location. If you are looking for clean, convenient and affordable in West Hollywood and just down from Sunset, then this is a great place to stay!

This is a three-star property and the experience is slightly better than what you would expect. Overall, it's very clean. It seems like they've made some upgrades in the rooms and it is a better experience than what I recall from a couple of years ago. The location can't be beat - it's right on Santa Monica Blvd. and a perfect spot to be in if you're enjoying yourself in the area. The price-point is very good considering the location. I've stayed here many times and will continue to do so.
