We stayed at this location on our most recent trip to Universal Studios and were so pleasantly surprised. It was a great location, a convenient walk to the amusement park, and staff were all above and beyond. By far the best of our recent California trip. We will definitely stay here again. Spent a lovely evening and morning at the pool, which our kiddos loved. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay there, people is very polite and we had a great experience with customer service. All the staff was very nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend! This is such a great hotel for a variety of reasons. It’s a short walk to Universal Studios, clean, good bus service if you get tired of walking all day and the food is good.
