We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were so comfortable. The room was so big. We especially enjoyed the breakfast service with Laura. She did an amazing job. We would definitely stay here again.

First impressions - Dirty “Lobby”. Stains on sofas. Area looks sketchy. Breakfast good and Staff friendly. Room clean but hallway carpet needs stretching and CLEANING. Vending machines very expensive and do not work. Bring own snacks. Mixup on our room - resolved. Personally I would mot stay here again. I would go closer to Universal Studios area.

Clean room very convenient location if you are going to Universal Studios however parking was not great they had a very small parking lot half of it was for double parking so inconvenient if you need to leave in a hurry.

The carpet throughout the hotel is dirty and dingy. The breakast offered with waffles and omlet are good. The heating pans are not keeping the omlet's warm. Anyone off the streets can enter the garage. The staff mentioned they.have camera's but by then, your car can be vantalized or drove off. I was not impressed at all with this hotel. It's in a shady part of town. I went to 7 eleven across the street and had several people ask me for money.
