"I have stayed in Hilton before which is why I chose to stay again but this time I was disappointed. The aircon didn’t cool the room, the socket in the bathroom didn’t work. Spoke to reception about the issue and nothing changed. Rate this the same as a premier inn room"

"Checking was terrible. I got there at 12pm I was told is $40 to check in at 12pm and $60 to check in at 1pm or I can wait until 2pm to check in free of charge even though they had plenty of rooms available. The staff was rude and the property needs major upgrades. I will not book there again."
