"We enjoyed our stay at Short Stories Hotel. The location was across the street from the Farmers Market and The Grove. The valet parking was easy the attendents were very helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. I loved the atrium with the plants and flowers. The hotel was a great place to stay."

"The location is good but the room which was a Hollywood sign view room isn’t quite what I expected with the view overlooking mainly the exterior of other buildings with the sign barely visible. The room was very basic but clean and spacious. The bathroom was shower only but again clean and tidy. The hotel appears to be a business hotel and seems to cater around business facilities rather than tourism and lacks the character of other hotels in the area."

"Excellent location to Melrose but quiet due to residential location. Staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was spotless, the bed was divine and so relaxing. Room service was fast, the food was excellent and it was hot! Will definitely stay here again if there is a need to be in this area again."

"Property is beautiful. Staff is super helpful. I know it’s Beverly Hills so I shouldn’t complain but $75 for parking/day is extortionate. Also, room service is great but also comically expensive. I’m showing my lack of class I suppose but it was shocking to say the least. Staff is friendly. Property is beautiful. Just feels like you’re getting taken advantage of a little. "
