"Very friendly receptionist. Location was beautiful and up to date. Pool table on the first floor, pool and sauna in lower floor.
Bed was very comfortable.
We got a deluxe room which was so very spacious and up to date.
Our only issue with the room was an older lcd model tv, but it worked just the same.
There was alot of restaurants in walking distance, as well as a gas station/couche tard/Tim Hortons across the street. "
"Loved this cute little hotel! The room and especially the bathroom was spotless. Only thing I would say was difficult was parking. They have spots but we were out quite late so all the spots were taken when we got back and we had to park a couple blocks (although small ones) away making sure to note the signs as certain sides of the street have restrictions on different days and times. Would definitely stay here again though!"

Only issues with location was some temporary construction at a nearby intersection (passable or avoidable by walking an extra block) and some street noise at night, not bad unless you are a light sleeper, in which case avoid staying in the old district buildings completely.
