"Top notch service with friendly, helpful staff. We checked in late and they offered ideas for food without pushing their own pub meals. The highlight was them calling us a few days later to inform us we had left some valuables behind. They then posted these to us at our request. They went out of their way - 5 stars overall "

"This is my second stay in one of the Lamington Apartments, and I’ll absolutely be booking with them again. The apartment is in a quiet, residential neighborhood with easy access to the Tube (approx 10 min walk) and local bus lines, making it a super convenient base for exploring London.
The Lamington Apartments are consistently responsive and helpful. For example, when I let them know the handle on the bedroom window was broken and requested a fan, they had someone there the same day to deliver...

"Loved this hotel it location was 5 min from Hammersmith Underground or 10 min from Baron Court. Lovely clean room bathroom seemed renewed nice new shower bathtub. Breakfast is well worth the money you can fill up on loads of choices. Shoutout to the manager who runs around in the morning during breakfast with a great smile and customer pro service attitude. He's a real asset to the Hotel wish I had asked his name. recommend !"
"We had a great stay and would definitely stay again! Anna greeted us at check in and was so kind. We were very early for check in but she expedited getting our rooms ready so we could get in after a long journey. The rooms were nice, clean and quiet! Beds were very comfortable. Absolutely no complaints! "
