"This is our go-to place to stay when it's available. The location is great, the rooms are interesting (the smaller ones are really only suitable for a solo traveller) and the staff are helpful and friendly. Room 5 was a little noisy in the morning, but being on the front, this was no great surprise. It's a lovely place to stay."
"Stayed 1 night in room 1, twin room on ground floor. All looked quite new, super clean with great facilities. Graham on front desk was friendly and very helpful with advice etc. jumped on the bus to Wimbledon-approx 10 mins. Great pad Thai restaurant in York Street? Near Wandsworth town rail station. Super place, would use again. "
"This hotel is very close to the Earl court Station. Has many shops around. The rooms are clean and you’ve got everything in there what you need. The hotel staff is very friendly and so helpful. "I really liked the smallness of the hotel--the fact that it wasn't a huge chain. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the immediate area and provided good suggestions both walkable and via the tube to food and entertainment options. Though my room was by the elevator, it was very quiet. The hotel room was small but it had everything I needed and then some. "Jess and John were kind, patient and helpful. They are the front desk staff. On site laundry was great! The best part was that they held my luggage for me when I travelled to Paris for few days! The room was clean and the windows can be opened for those who might be claustrophobic! Walking distance to Earl’s court station and many restaurants and shops around. Thank you Jess and John! "We stayed for 8 nights, the experience was mostly good, but we got the room directly next to the elevator (literally you can make one big step from the threshold of my room’s door to the elevator’s door), so it becomes noisy whenever other guests and hotel staff move around. Also for 8 nights, I was hoping that we’d get more than 2 bottled water and 2 pieces of biscotti. The location is great otherwise, very close to Earl’s court station."
