"This isn't like staying at any regular hotel. Didn't see staff at all, in our 5 day stay it was like we had the entire place to ourselves. This was our 2nd time there and we were very pleased with the room and the quiet atmosphere. Very quaint inn and worth a few inconveniences (stairs, no room or maid service) for the unique experience. The rooms are elegant and very cozy. "Had a great stay. The rooms have been renovated, redone bathrooms, new mattresses. Staff were great as usual, had dinner in the restaurant. The new menu was great, steaks cooked as requested. Great location, close to all the shops and theatre. A great stay!!!"
