Bermonds Locke, Tower Bridge
"Room was a bit strange. TV was mounted facing the windows, there was about 4 feet to sit between the TV and the glass window. Beds to very small, smaller than a twin bed. Hard to turn over without feeling like you were going to fall out of bed. Shower grout had many dark spots, wondered if it was ..."

"Unfortunately not a good experience. Unfriendly staff and everything was average at best. Small uncomfortable bed. No ability to black out day light. Poorly maintained rooms and bathrooms."

"Overall our stay was excellent. The only problem was the bathroom sink which would not drain. We informed the staff, but it was never fixed (I think they took a look at it, but the problem was never fixed)."
