Comfortable, clean rooms, especially those with a river view are lovely. Excellent bar and restaurant options and the staff are really friendly, professional and efficient."

"This hotel was so great. The location is absolutely perfect. Make sure you pack your walking shoes and you can get to pretty much everywhere in central London! Staff was also incredible. Also free laundry on the second floor if you have a longer term stay. "

"We were greeted warmly upon arrival. The room was modern and attractive. There was hangers for clothes and 2 spacious drawers. A hairdryer was provided. The bed was comfortable and the thermostat was easy to operate. There was a spacious refrigerator under the counter, a glass stove top, a microwave, toaster, and an electric water kettle, which we used to make instant coffee and instant oatmeal. We enjoyed the coffee shop, which serves as the entrance to the building. A laundry room was available but required an app for payment, which didn’t work out for us, but it wasn’t a big deal. The location was the absolute best! Staff were helpful and friendly. We were so pleased with this property! "
