"Great place"

"Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten eindeutig hinter sich. Durch die Fenster zieht es durch, dass sich die Vorhänge bewegen. Sehr gut war, dass in unserem Zimmer eine Elektro-Heizung bereit stand. Bei dem Zimmer geht nichts über die Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf das Wasser mit einem traumhaften Sonnenuntergang. Die Entfernung in die Stadt war optimal für einen kurzen Spaziergang."

"Wonderful place to stay. We had 2 rooms adjoining, with a gorgeous view of the water. Hosts were so helpful and friendly, both in answering questions before we even got there, as well as being on hand while we were staying. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the small personal touches (breakfast snacks, water in the fridge, chocolates on the pillows) were wonderful. They were also helpful with booking breakfast for us at the pub just down the street. Highly recommend; would happily stay there...

"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Even if you have to pay an extra £60–£100, I would strongly advise choosing a different hotel. Here are the reasons why: Upon entering our room, we noticed black mould and strands of hair in several places. The room did not smell fresh or clean. The bed and pillows also appeared unclean, with hairs visible on the bedding. The corridors leading to the room had an unpleasant smell, and the carpets looked dirty and poorly maintained.
