"This hotel has lovely views and great staff, my room was not what it showed on the pics, mattress and pillows very old and uncomfortable and need changing, I had to put towels over my quilt as the room was so cold through the night as they turned the heating off and it was almost zero degrees outside. I can’t fault the staff at all and it was a nice atmosphere but that let it down for me"

"Friendly hotel, helpful staff and great food. I'll be back."

"All the staff were delightful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were delicious with a good choice. We had dinner on one evening and all four of us were more than happy with the quality of the food. We will definitely stay again."

"It as fine"

"Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff."

"The room was perfect. So clean and nicely decorated. Everything you needed there. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend"

"Great place to stay"

"Lovely room with an amazing view. Facilities were great, and there were lots of lovely little touches, such as the dressing gowns. Also I had asked if there would be any oat/soya milk available as I have an intolerance, when we arrived there was not only oat milk but gluten and dairy free cereals, biscuits and yoghurt. "Excellent stay. Highly recommend. Stunning setting. Great food (diner and breakfast)."

"Good value for the price. Lovely large room and friendly staff on reception - enjoyed the Welsh cakes given on arrival. Nice seating area near the entrance to relax in."

"Comfortable room and good breakfast. Pleasant staff."

"Very personal service."

"Extremely slow at check in. Payed an extra 30 quid. 12.20 she found us a room. Very chaotic at reception no strucure at all, then to be woken up with extremly loud music in the morning was not impressed at all."

"The outside tables could do with replacing. Accommodation was good but the bedside lamps didn’t work and toilet roll holder needs replacing. The food was excellent and restaurant is very well presented but the inner door from the conservatory closed with a loud bang that we could hear clearly from our room."

"Enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were friendly and the room was clean."
