"Perfect in every way... thankyou so much"

"Having a the two interconnecting rooms worked really well for our family with teenagers and having 2 bathrooms also helps with getting ready. The room was very clean, plenty of tea and coffee and bottled water replaced every morning. Lovely fluffy towels which were replaced when needed. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We used the swimming pool which again was lovely and clean with good changing facilities. We will definately stay here again."

"We rang ahead to see if we could get an early check -in. The owner was really helpful, and accommodated our request. The room was clean, warm, and the bed comfortable. The owner was attentive and friendly at breakfast. Cereal, and a full breakfast/toast were available. Good value for money. Only slight criticism was, there was an old bike with a flat tyre in the hallway, which could be cleared away. "

The owners truly went above and beyond for us. When we struggled to find the property, he kindly came out to meet us, which we really appreciated. "I stayed in Colwyn Bay for the Northern Eye Festival at Oriel Colwyn and the stay was very enjoyable. I was made to feel very welcome and was well looked after. It's a quiet little Guest House and only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town - I would definitely stay there again :-)"
